* Brunch/Lunch at Bastionen+Løven, Christianhavns Voldgade 50. We will enjoy a private room and a classic Danish brunch/XMAS lunch in a beautifully XMAS-decorated café that is part of the historic site Lille Mølle, the last standing windmill on the old ramparts of Christianshavn.
Brunch cost: 140 DKK including unlimited juice, coffee, tea OR XMAS Lunch cost: 169 DKK, drinks extra

Bring your questions and concerns and leave with a better understanding of the Danish housing market. Expect to learn about security deposits/amounts returned, market pricing in Denmark vs other locations, Danish contract translation, tenant rights vs landlord rights, and other related issues.
